Maharashtra-RERA names 308 housing projects in insolvency process

In an attempt to make home buyers aware and caution them, the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) has put out a list of 308 housing projects facing corporate insolvency resolution process under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code at the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT).
