Pay wife even after divorce in DV case: Bombay HC

Bombay high court directed a man to post-divorce pay his wife maintenance under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence (DV) Act, observing that once such violence is committed, a subsequent divorce will not absolve the husband from his monetary liability.
