FB friend promises marriage, dupes victim of Rs 1.7L

A 40-year-old Andheri woman thought she had found a perfect match when a man she had befriended on Facebook proposed marriage. But before they could tie the knot, he claimed to have been hit by a series of disasters. The woman sent him Rs 1.7 lakh to help him through the bad times until she found out that he had married someone else.
