2 BMC babus transferred two times in 12 hours

The transfer and re-transfer of BMC officials like pawns, underway since the change in government, turned into a game of speed chess on Tuesday. In a matter of 12 hours, two officers, one an additional municipal commissioner and the other a deputy municipal commissioner, were shunted twice.
