8 MNS men detained in Mum for distributing Raj's letter

RCF police on Friday detained eight Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) workers for allegedly distributing party chief Raj Thackeray's letter over the loudspeaker row door-to-door in Chembur. In the letter, Thackeray has urged citizens to report to the local police if permissible decibel limits for loudspeakers are violated in their area.
