Get stay on order to vacate 84-yr-old mom’s flat or get evicted, Bombay HC tells man

While giving a 66-year-old man time to obtain a stay on a tribunal order to vacate his 84-year-old mother’s flat in Andheri (West), Bombay high court directed that if he fails to do so, the police and the collector will have him removed from it.
