Almost-empty boat sinks off Ballard Pier in Mum; no casualty

Passenger boat ‘Mustaqueen’ that ferries people between Elephanta and ferry wharf/Gateway developed a hole at the bottom and sank off the Ballard Pier coast on Saturday morning.
