'Almost contemptuous': Reporter who broke SCOTUS story on draft opinion language

Josh Gerstein, the Politico reporter who co-wrote the story on what they call a draft of a majority opinion written by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito that would strike down Roe v. Wade, explains to CNN's John Berman why the language in the draft is important.
