Slight rise in state’s daily Covid toll, govt says it’s due to ‘late reporting’

There is a slight rise in Covid deaths in Maharashtra in the last four days compared to the previous couple of weeks. Most were reported from Pune. While the daily deaths between March 16 and April 4 never crossed four, the toll on April 5 was 4.
