SC rejects BJP councillors' plea on more seats in BMC

The Supreme Court on Friday refused to entertain a petition challenging a Maharashtra ordinance notifying an increase in electoral seats in Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) from 227 to 236.
