'Trying to revive a corpse': US diplomat on a new Iran nuclear deal

According to author Robin Wright, Iran will be reluctant to sign a new nuclear deal with the US because it currently has the largest missile program in the Middle East and is capable of producing enough fuel for a nuclear bomb in three weeks.
