Law college to pay Rs 40k for not giving marks

The Bombay high court the directed Mahatma Gandhi Mission’s Law College at Nerul, Navi Mumbai, to pay Rs 40,000 for not forwarding the practical training marks of two students of the 3 year LLB course. Due to this lapse, Mumbai University did not declare their results.
