WR sets Delisle ROB work deadline for BMC

Western Railway has told the BMC to get approaches to Delisle bridge ready by November 2020, as it plans to open the connector by then. It also flagged off issues of encroachments, cables and muck, the removal of which is necessary by BMC to prevent damage to bridges.
