Maha: 3.4L bikers sans helmet fined Rs 8cr

Around 3.4 lakh motorcyclists across Maharashtra, including 1.4 lakh from Mumbai, were caught riding without helmet between January and April, and the transport department collected Rs 8.3 crore in fines from them.
