School syllabus to be reduced by 50%; Rathore welcomes HRD's move

New Delhi, Sep 28 () Union minister Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore welcomed the HRD Ministry's decision to reduce the syllabus in schools by half and making sports mandatory.
